Procurement Notificationof China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project

***航空服務(wù)部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對(duì)南航機(jī)組人員異地駐勤保障酒店項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行競爭性談判采購。

China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd.(hereafter refer as “Airline”) is announcing to launch the aircrew accommodation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details:

1、項(xiàng)目簡介Project Introduction

1.1 項(xiàng)目名稱：舊金山駐勤酒店服務(wù)采購項(xiàng)目。

Project Name: Aircrew Accommodation service procurement in the city of San Francisco.

1.2 項(xiàng)目編號(hào)***an style="font-family: 宋體;line-height: 21px; 14px">CZ***70。

Project Number: CZ***70.

1.3 項(xiàng)目類別：服務(wù)類。

Type of Project: Service.

1.4 資金來源：企業(yè)自籌資金。

Source of funds: Own raised.

1.5 采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作酒店，通過符合性審查供應(yīng)商數(shù)量達(dá)不到計(jì)劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實(shí)際通過的個(gè)數(shù)推薦。

Quantity: Only one candidate will be se.lected for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned se.lect quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number.

1.6 服務(wù)內(nèi)容：本項(xiàng)目為南航異地駐勤機(jī)組所需酒店住宿用房采購，入圍酒店需遵守南航機(jī)組保障安全、服務(wù)管理規(guī)定，為南航機(jī)組提供住宿、餐食和洗衣等保障服務(wù)；關(guān)注南航航班計(jì)劃，根據(jù)航班計(jì)劃做好房間預(yù)留服務(wù)。

Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Accommodation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. The service detail is to provide accommodation service, F&B serviceandLaundryserviceaccording to flight schedule.

1.7 報(bào)價(jià)***pan>：本項(xiàng)目具體限價(jià)***span>

General requirements of Quotation:Please refer below the ceiling price of this project:

注：1、以上均為含稅價(jià)***他額外費(fèi)用如服務(wù)費(fèi)。在合同期內(nèi)，因國家稅務(wù)政策變化導(dǎo)致稅率發(fā)生變化時(shí)，按新的增值稅率執(zhí)行，在書面通知采購人后，供應(yīng)商可以對(duì)所收稅款進(jìn)行相應(yīng)修改。此時(shí)，協(xié)議價(jià)***n>=協(xié)議簽訂時(shí)的不含稅價(jià)***n>*(1+新稅率)。

The ceiling prices mentioned above were including taxes and all other extra charges such as services charge. In case the taxes ratio have been adjusted by the local government, these will be amended by the Hotel accordingly after written notification to Airline. The new contract rate will be calculate base on the original contract rate plus new taxes ratio.

2、本項(xiàng)目采用框架（無固定總金額***。談判人必須對(duì)全部內(nèi)容進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)***an>如有缺漏或超過最高限價(jià)******價(jià)***span>本次采購金額***估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實(shí)際需要調(diào)整，并按實(shí)際數(shù)量進(jìn)行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會(huì)有所增減，固定單價(jià)***應(yīng)調(diào)整。

This project adopts the framework (no fixed/guaranteed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly.

3、報(bào)價(jià)***商客房（標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單人間/雙人間）報(bào)價(jià)***高限價(jià)***款房型Booking等網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)價(jià)***為無效報(bào)價(jià)***格分。

Quotation rules: the quotation of the supplier"s room rate (standard single / double room) shall not be higher than the ceiling price, and shall not be higher than the price of the same room type on Booking.com or other OTA platforms, otherwise it will be regarded as invalid quotation and will not be earn any points on price review.

1.8服務(wù)地點(diǎn)：舊金山。

Service Location:San Francisco.

1.9合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時(shí)間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。

Contract duration: Two years from the effective date of Agreement.

2、供應(yīng)商資格要求Supplier qualification

2.1 供應(yīng)商距離當(dāng)?shù)?/span>國際機(jī)場***樓車程時(shí)間在30分鐘（含）以內(nèi)。

The distance between the supplier andAirport must be within 30 minutes (inclusive) by driving.

2.2***，具備當(dāng)?shù)卣姓J(rèn)合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。

Supplier shall be registered in local government and with validlicense.

2.3供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)購買相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務(wù)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。

Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement.

2.4供應(yīng)商須配備餐廳，能提供早、午、晚餐堂食服務(wù)。

Supplier shallequipped with a restaurant, which can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner services .

2.5供應(yīng)商須為過夜時(shí)間（下次航班起飛時(shí)間與落地時(shí)間之差）超過24小時(shí)（含）的機(jī)組人員提供每航班每人1件上衣的清洗服務(wù)。

Supplier shall provide1 piece of Laundry per person per flight for crew who stay overnightexceeds 24 hours inclusive(thetime betweenlanding time and departure time of the next flight)

2.6被列入南航集團(tuán)“限制交易供應(yīng)商名單”且仍在限制期內(nèi)的法人或其他組織不得參與本次談判。

Legal person(The Owner of supplier) or other organizationswho is listed in the "restrictedlist of suppliers" of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender.

2.7被列入南航集團(tuán)“禁止交易企業(yè)名單”的企業(yè)，不得參與本次談判。

The Supplier who is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender.

3、供應(yīng)商報(bào)名Supplier Registration

3.1 公告時(shí)間：2023年2月1日至2023年2月6日。

Notification Period: From 1 February of 2022 to 6 Februaryof 2022.

3.2 報(bào)名時(shí)間：2023年2月1日至2023年2月6日，向南航航服部發(fā)送報(bào)名資料（見附表），逾期送達(dá)的報(bào)名資料恕不接受。

Registration Period: Registration form submitted from 1 February of 2022 to 6 Februaryof 2022.
