The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.

B. 質(zhì)量要求：制造商應(yīng)提供ISO9001質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證證書，且證書在有效期內(nèi)。認(rèn)證范圍應(yīng)至少包含生產(chǎn)或制造范圍。投標(biāo)人（適用于中國(guó)關(guān)境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人）提供的質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證，應(yīng)可以在中國(guó)國(guó)家認(rèn)證認(rèn)可監(jiān)督管理委員會(huì)網(wǎng)站(http***.cn/)核實(shí)，無法核實(shí)的視為無效證書。

Manufacturer shall have the ISO9001 quality management system certification and the certificate is valid.The scope of certification shall at least include producing or manufacturing . The quality management system certification provided by the bidder from within the PRC Customs Territory shall be verified on the website of China National Certification and Accreditation Administration (http***.cn/). It will be rejected if the certification cannot be verified on the website.

C.投標(biāo)人為所投標(biāo)貨物的制造商，本次招標(biāo)不接受代理商投標(biāo)。如出現(xiàn)不同投標(biāo)人的負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或存在控股、管理關(guān)系的情況，相關(guān)投標(biāo)均無效，招標(biāo)人隨時(shí)有權(quán)做出拒絕投標(biāo)、取消投標(biāo)資格、取消授標(biāo)、不簽訂合同或在合同簽訂后終止合同等決定，相關(guān)投標(biāo)人須無條件接受，且由此造成的任何損失由對(duì)應(yīng)投標(biāo)人承擔(dān)。

The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the goods to be bid, and agent bidding is not accepted in this bidding . In case that the persons in charge of different bidders are the same person or there is a holding or management relationship, the relevant bids are invalid. The Tenderee has the right to make decisions at any time, such as reject to bid, disqualification of bidding, cancellation of award, not signing the contract or terminating the contract after signing the contract. The relevant bidders must accept unconditionally, and any losses caused thereby shall be borne by the corresponding bidders.

Requirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate

設(shè)備制造許可證Manufacture license：

A.投標(biāo)人投標(biāo)時(shí)應(yīng)提供中華人民共和國(guó)特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證（應(yīng)具備壓力容器制造許可，如外委設(shè)計(jì)，需提供外委單位***），并承諾供貨時(shí)提供泵筒罐壓力容器產(chǎn)品證書。

The Tenderer shall provide the production license of special equipment of the People"s Republic of China (it shall have the manufacturing license of pressure vessel, and if the design is outsourced, it shall provide the design license of the outsourcing unit), and promise to provide the product certificate of pump barrel tank pressure vessel when supplying the goods.

自******月***日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品制造商應(yīng)至少具有1項(xiàng)國(guó)內(nèi)潛液立式單級(jí)/多級(jí)離心泵（流通介質(zhì)不高于-45℃，揚(yáng)程不小于56m，額定流量不小于546m3/h)的供貨業(yè)績(jī)

From January 1, 2012 to the bidding deadline (contract signing time), the manufacturer of the product invested by the bidder should have at least one domestic submersible vertical multistage centrifugal pump /single-stagecentrifugal pump (the flow medium is not higher than -45 °C, the rated flow rate is not less than 546m3/h and the head is not less than56m ).

投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件至少包括：1）銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）。2）到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。（到貨驗(yàn)收證明可以是到貨交接簽收文件或驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或調(diào)試驗(yàn)收證明等可以證明已到貨驗(yàn)收的文件）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、項(xiàng)目名稱、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)頁(yè)及到貨驗(yàn)收證明。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無法體現(xiàn)上述內(nèi)容的，均視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。投標(biāo)人投標(biāo)業(yè)績(jī)品牌需與投標(biāo)人本次投標(biāo)品牌一致。

Bidders are required to submit performance tables in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance supporting documents. Performance certification documents include, at least: 1) a copy of the sales contract (including relevant technical attachments).2)Arrival acceptance certificate. The performance documents submitted by bidders must reflect at least the following: contract signing time, manufacturer name, goods name, project name, main technical data page and arrival acceptance certificate. If the performance documentation cannot be submitted or the performance documentation provided cannot reflect the above contents, it will be deemed as invalid performance.

（4）從中華人民共和國(guó)關(guān)境內(nèi)提供的貨物：投標(biāo)截止時(shí)間***：不接受；投標(biāo)人擬自行進(jìn)口后銷售給招標(biāo)人的貨物：不接受。
