*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

Supporting materials:

a)The bidder shall provide copies of the key pages of the contract (contract cover, scope of supply, contract signature page) of the corresponding performance, affix the official seal of the bidder and bind them in the bidding documents. The scope of supply must include the information on the page of supply quantity and specification and model. If the supporting materials of the corresponding performance contract cannot reflect the above contents, in addition to the contract, Relevant technical agreements or other supporting materials shall also be provided and affixed with the official seal of the bidder and bound in the bidding documents. If the copy of the contract is not clear or no copy of the contract is provided, it shall be deemed as invalid performance.
