2017年1 月1 日至今（以合同簽訂時間為準），投標人至少具有2套丙烯腈項目廢酸再生裝置分酸器及廢酸噴槍的供貨業(yè)績。

證明材料：投標人需提供相應(yīng)業(yè)績的合同復(fù)印件并加蓋投標人公章。若相應(yīng)業(yè)績合同證明材料無法體現(xiàn)上述內(nèi)容，則除了合同外，還需提供技術(shù)協(xié)議或圖紙或數(shù)據(jù)表或其他證明材料加蓋投標人公章裝訂在投標文件中，合同復(fù)印件不清晰或不提供合同復(fù)印件均視為無效業(yè)績。

7)本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。

1.Entrusted by Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids from eligible potential bidders in terms of following goods and associated service in the manner of international competitive bidding.

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) Reputation requirements: The bidder has no bad performance record or serious quality problems in the recent three years in China, otherwise his bid will also be rejected. Not included in the blacklist of Sinochem suppliers (the list is subject to the bidding deadline).

4) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website/ Electronic Trading Platform for Bidding and Bidding of Mechanical and Electrical products (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http***dding.com) before bidding.

5) The bidder must be the manufacturer/producer, no agent bids are accepted, and distributor bids are not accepted.

6) Performance requirements：

From January 1, 2017 to the present (subject to contract signing time), The bidder has at least 2 sets of supply records for acid division and the sulphuric acid spray gun for the sulphuric acid regeneration plant of the acrylonitrile project.

If the supporting materials of the corresponding performance contract cannot reflect the above contents, in addition to the contract, the relevant technical agreement or drawing or data sheet or other supporting materials shall be provided and bound in the bidding documents with the official seal of the bidder. If the copy of the contract is not clear or no copy of the contract is provided, it shall be deemed as invalid performance.

7)The Joint Venture bidding shall not be accepted in this bidding project.
