證明材料：投標(biāo)人必須提供相應(yīng)業(yè)績的合同、技術(shù)附件、發(fā)票等，其內(nèi)容至少應(yīng)包括項目名稱、用戶名稱、規(guī)格型號參數(shù)、簽訂日期以及簽署和蓋章頁等。合同、技術(shù)附件、發(fā)票等證明文件不清晰或未提供均視為無效證明。

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or photocopy of the bank credit certificate issued by the bank where the basic account is opened within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http***dding.com) before bidding.

4) Credibility requirements:

① From January 1, 2020 to the present, the domestic bidders have not been listed in the national enterprise credit information public display system or in the business exception list, and have not been listed in the "Credit China" website (www***) or credit information sharing platform at all levels. From January 1, 2019 to now (subject to the signing of the contract), the bidder has 1 sales performance of unsteady flame arrestor or flame arresting breathing valve (including unsteady flame arrestor) in petroleum, chemical or coal chemical projects, and the date of signing of such contract is after the unsteady flame arrestor obtains ATEX type certification.

Proof materials: the bidder must provide the corresponding performance of the contract, technical annexes, invoices, etc., the contents of which should at least include the project name, user name, specifications and parameters, the date of signing, as well as signing and sealing page. Contracts, technical annexes, invoices and other supporting documents are not clear or not provided are considered invalid proof.

4.1 Registration instructions (important):
