2)投標(biāo)人應(yīng)當(dāng)提供在開標(biāo)日前3個(gè)月內(nèi)由其開立基本賬戶的銀行開具的銀行資信證明的原件或復(fù)印件。

4)信譽(yù)要求：

自2012年1月1日起至2022年12月31日止（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品（氣動(dòng)襯塑球閥或蝶閥）在中國(guó)境內(nèi)至少有3個(gè)新建或擴(kuò)建（不含技改技措）丙烯腈項(xiàng)目的裝置（包括丙烯腈裝置或MMA裝置或SAR裝置）或類似工況介質(zhì)為硫酸、硫酸廢酸水裝置的應(yīng)用業(yè)績(jī)，且3個(gè)業(yè)績(jī)中至少有1個(gè)丙烯腈項(xiàng)目的裝置的應(yīng)用業(yè)績(jī)，此外每個(gè)項(xiàng)目氣動(dòng)襯塑球閥或蝶閥的累計(jì)數(shù)量不少于5臺(tái)，投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品的系列型號(hào)與產(chǎn)地須與業(yè)績(jī)中產(chǎn)品系列型號(hào)與產(chǎn)地一致。

證明材料：投標(biāo)人須提供相應(yīng)業(yè)績(jī)合同關(guān)鍵頁復(fù)印件加蓋投標(biāo)人公章并裝訂在投標(biāo)文件中，業(yè)績(jī)合同須包含合同封面、合同簽章頁、供貨范圍、建設(shè)地點(diǎn)、最終用戶、裝置類型、規(guī)模等，如合同無法體現(xiàn)相應(yīng)信息，則須提供合同的其他輔助證明文件（包括不限于技術(shù)協(xié)議、設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)購(gòu)文件、用戶證明等）。上述資料如不提供、或有虛假信息，其業(yè)績(jī)將不被認(rèn)可。

4.1報(bào)名須知（重要）：

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.
