證明材料：投標(biāo)人需提供“中國(guó)執(zhí)行信息公開(kāi)網(wǎng)”（http***ov.cn）和“國(guó)家企業(yè)信用信息公示平臺(tái)”（http***.cn），截圖加蓋投標(biāo)人公章并裝訂在投標(biāo)文件中。

證明材料：投標(biāo)人如為制造商，需提供制造商資格聲明加蓋投標(biāo)人公章；如為代理商，需提供相應(yīng)授權(quán)函原件或復(fù)印件加蓋投標(biāo)人公章。

6) 業(yè)績(jī)要求：投標(biāo)人或投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商至少具有1項(xiàng)應(yīng)用于CHEMTICS工藝廢酸再生裝置的催化劑應(yīng)用業(yè)績(jī)。

證明材料：投標(biāo)人須提供相應(yīng)業(yè)績(jī)合同關(guān)鍵頁(yè)復(fù)印件加蓋投標(biāo)人公章并裝訂在投標(biāo)文件中，業(yè)績(jī)合同須包含合同封面、合同簽章頁(yè)、供貨范圍、建設(shè)地點(diǎn)、最終用戶、裝置類型、規(guī)模等，如合同無(wú)法體現(xiàn)相應(yīng)信息，則須提供合同的其他輔助證明文件（包括不限于技術(shù)協(xié)議、設(shè)計(jì)請(qǐng)購(gòu)文件、用戶證明等）。上述資料如不提供、或有虛假信息，其業(yè)績(jī)將不被認(rèn)可。

4.1報(bào)名須知（重要）：

4.2投標(biāo)須知（重要）：

（1）投標(biāo)文件（紙質(zhì)文件+電子文件）須按招標(biāo)文件***（收件人：常剛，+86 ***522），否則不予接收。

1.Entrusted by Sinochem Energy High-Tech Co., LTD Shanghai Branch (Tenderee), Sinochem Commerce Co., Ltd. (Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids from eligible potential bidders in terms of following goods and associated service in the manner of international competitive bidding.

*3. Qualification and Performance requirements to the bidders:

1) The bidder must have a valid business license or business license certificate.

2) The bidder shall provide the original or a copy of the bank credit certificate issued by the basic account bank within 3 months before the bid opening date.

3) The bidders shall successfully register on China International Tendering Website (hereinafter referred to as "bidding.com", website: http***dding.com) before bidding.

4) Credibility requirements:

① From January 1, 2020 to the present, the domestic bidders have not been listed in the national enterprise credit information public display system or in the business exception list, and have not been listed in the "Credit China" website (www***) or credit information sharing platform at all levels. 6) Performance requirements:

The bidder or the manufacturer of the bidder"s bid product has at least one catalyst application in the waste acid recovery plant of the CHEMTICS process.

Supporting materials: The bidder shall provide a copy of the key pages of the corresponding performance contract, stamped with the official seal of the bidder, and bound in the bidding document. The performance contract shall contain the cover of the contract, the signature page of the contract, the scope of supply, the construction site, the end user, the type and scale of the device, etc. If the contract cannot reflect the corresponding information, Other supporting documents of the contract (including but not limited to technical agreement, design requisition document, user certificate, etc.) shall be provided. If the above information is not provided, or there is false information, its performance will not be recognized.

7)The Joint Venture bidding shall not be accepted in this bidding project.

The bidder and the bid evaluation committee reserve the right to review the originals of qualification certificates, performance and relevant information. If they are found to be falsified, the bid will be rejected.

4. 4.1 Registration instructions (important):

(1) Online registration and downloading bidding documents: Login to Sinochem Business Electronic Bidding Platform (e.sinochemitc.com), potential bidders need to register online first (free of charge), pay the platform use and technical support fee through online, and after successful payment, you can download the bidding documents and VAT electronic ordinary invoice.
