The tenderee is China Post Group Corporation. The source of funds for the bidding project is self-raised by the enterprise, and the proportion of investment is 100%. The Project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding. The bidder must provide the valid property right certificate of the aircraft to be sold (traceable to the aircraft manufacturer). If the bidder acts as an agent, the bidder must also submit the sole authorization letter issued by the aircraft property right owner for the Project. The aircraft property right owner shall not participate in the bid of the Project at the same time as his authorized agent. 3.3投標(biāo)人必須遵守國(guó)家相關(guān)法律、行政法規(guī)的規(guī)定, 具有良好的信譽(yù)和誠(chéng)實(shí)的***道德。在“信用中國(guó)”(www***)列入失信被執(zhí)行人名單的供應(yīng)商（僅適用于中華人民共和國(guó)關(guān)境內(nèi)的投標(biāo)人）; ***列入黑名單且在有效期內(nèi)的供應(yīng)商, 均無(wú)資格參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。 3.3 The bidder must abide by relevant national laws and administrative regulations, and have good reputation and honest business ethics. The suppliers (only applicable to bidders within the territory of the People"s Republic of China) listed in the list of discredited persons to be executed on the "Credit China" (www***) and the suppliers blacklisted by China Post Group Corporation and within the validity period are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of the Project. 3.4 企業(yè)法定代表人為同一人或者存在控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標(biāo)人, 不得同時(shí)參加本項(xiàng)目同一包的投標(biāo)。 3.4 If the legal representative of the company is the same person or different bidders with holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the bid of the same package of the project at the same time. 3.5與郵政無(wú)投資關(guān)系且存在以下情況的, 不得參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng): 郵政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人員及其親屬和其他特定關(guān)系人、郵政員工持股(***), 以個(gè)人身份(組織委派的除外)擔(dān)任法人、董事長(zhǎng)、總經(jīng)理、監(jiān)事的企業(yè), 以及郵政所屬工會(huì)或員工集體出資成立的企業(yè)。 3.5 If the bidder has no investment relationship with China Post and the following circumstances exist, we shall not participate in the purchase activities: leaders and their relatives and other special related persons, postal employees holding shares (limited to non-listed companies), and enterprises acting as legal persons, chairmen, general managers and supervisors in their personal capacity (except those appointed by the organization) as well as postal trade unions or employees collectively funded enterprises. 3.6折算后的報(bào)價(jià)***購(gòu)限價(jià)***8***元人民幣，如投***元報(bào)價(jià)***標(biāo)當(dāng)日中國(guó)銀行總行首***元對(duì)人民幣的現(xiàn)匯賣出價(jià)***幣報(bào)價(jià)***評(píng)審。 3.6The converted bid price must not exceed the procurement limit of RMB 166,859,000. If the bidder submits a quotation in US dollars, it will be converted into RMB using the first published spot selling rate of the US dollar to RMB by the Bank of China on the bid opening day for the purpose of participating in the price evaluation. 3.7投標(biāo)人須通過(guò)寄遞事業(yè)部飛機(jī)預(yù)檢。投標(biāo)人必須將飛機(jī)歷史文件發(fā)送給業(yè)務(wù)部門進(jìn)行預(yù)檢查并積極配合飛機(jī)預(yù)檢工作，包括不限于提供飛機(jī)歷史文件記錄，飛機(jī)物理檢查，辦理進(jìn)場(chǎng)證件等工作。 3.7 The bidder shall pass the aircraft pre-inspection of the delivery department.
