航空服務(wù)部采購部關(guān)于南航機(jī)組在布里斯班異地駐勤保障項(xiàng)目談判采購公告 Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project ***航空服務(wù)部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機(jī)組人員異地駐勤保障車輛項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行談判采購。 China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transpo.rtation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details: 1、項(xiàng)目簡介 Project Introduction 1.1項(xiàng)目名稱：布里斯班駐勤車輛服務(wù)采購項(xiàng)目。 Project Name：Aircrew transpo.rtation service procurement in the city of Brisbane. 1.2項(xiàng)目編號(hào)***Number：CZ***49 1.3采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作供應(yīng)商，通過符合性審查供應(yīng)商數(shù)量達(dá)不到計(jì)劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實(shí)際通過的個(gè)數(shù)推薦。 Quantity：Only one candidate will be sele.cted for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned sele.ct quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number. 1.4 服務(wù)內(nèi)容：本項(xiàng)目為南航異地駐勤機(jī)組所需車輛接送服務(wù)采購，入圍供應(yīng)商需遵守南航機(jī)組保障安全、服務(wù)管理規(guī)定，為南航機(jī)組提供車輛保障服務(wù)；關(guān)注南航航班計(jì)劃，根據(jù)航班計(jì)劃做好接送機(jī)服務(wù)。 Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew transpo.rtation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. 1.5 報(bào)價(jià)***eneral requirements of Quotation 車輛保障標(biāo)準(zhǔn) transpo.rtation 1.提供***樓往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，安排專車按航班運(yùn)行時(shí)間接送機(jī)組。車費(fèi)限價(jià)***單程（含稅）； Dedicated transpo.rtation service for airport pick/dro.p.The ceiling price of the service is AUD200/per single trip including taxes. 本項(xiàng)目報(bào)價(jià)***。本項(xiàng)目采用框架（無固定總金額***。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進(jìn)行報(bào)價(jià)***或超過最高限價(jià)******價(jià)***采購金額***估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實(shí)際需要調(diào)整，并按實(shí)際數(shù)量進(jìn)行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會(huì)有所增減，固定單價(jià)***應(yīng)調(diào)整。 The price of this project is inclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly. 1.6 服務(wù)地點(diǎn)：布里斯班 Location:Brisbane 1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時(shí)間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。 Contract duration: 2 years from the effective date of Agreement 2、供應(yīng)商資格要求 Supplier qualification 2.1 ***，具備當(dāng)?shù)卣姓J(rèn)合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。 Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license. 2.2 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)購買相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務(wù)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。 Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement. 2.3 車輛供應(yīng)商須負(fù)責(zé)所在地國際機(jī)場***樓往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，保證機(jī)組一人一座，同時(shí)車輛可容納機(jī)組行李，專車按約定時(shí)間接送機(jī)組。 Supplier shall be responsible for the transpo.rtation service back and forth the terminal building and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat. At the same time, the vehicle can accommodate the crew"s luggage, and the supplier will pick up and dro.p off the crew at the agreed time. 2.4 被列入南航集團(tuán)“限制交易供應(yīng)商名單”且仍在限制期內(nèi)的法人或其他組織不得參與本次談判。 Legal person (The Owner of supplier) or other organizations who is listed in the "restricted list of suppliers" of Airline and still within the restricted period shall not participate in this tender. 2.5 被列入南航集團(tuán)“禁止交易企業(yè)名單”的企業(yè)，不得參與本次談判。 The Supplier who is listed in the “prohibited list of trading” of Airline shall not participate in this tender. 3、供應(yīng)商報(bào)名Supplier Registration 3.1 公告時(shí)間：【2024】年【12】月【12】日***時(shí)***分至【2024】年【12】月【16】日***時(shí)***分止。 Notification Period: From 【12 December 2024】 to 【16 December 2024】. 3.2 報(bào)名時(shí)間及報(bào)名文件的遞交：【2024】年【12】月【12】日***時(shí)***分至【2024】年【12】月【16】日***時(shí)***分止，向采購人發(fā)送報(bào)名資料（見附表），逾期送達(dá)的報(bào)名資料恕不接受。 Application Period: Registration form must be submitted to Airline from 8:30am 【12 December 2024】 to 23：59pm 【16 December 2024】. 4、聯(lián)系方式 Contact Detail 采購單位：***航空服務(wù)部 Procurement Entity: Logistics Division of China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. 報(bào)名方式：將相關(guān)材料及資料發(fā)至以下郵箱 Application: Email all relative documents and application form to below address. 報(bào)名聯(lián)系人：*** Contact Person: Ms.Li 聯(lián)系電話：020- ***; Contact Nbr: ***; 郵箱地址： liwantin@csair.com Email Address: liwantin@csair.com 監(jiān)督人：鐘先生 Discipline Supervision：Mr.Zhong 聯(lián)系方式：*** Contact Nbr***郵箱地址：zhongkaiping@csair.com Email Address:zhongkaiping@csair.com 特此公告。附件：供應(yīng)商報(bào)名資料表 Attachment: Supplier Application Form
