航空服務(wù)部采購部關(guān)于南航機(jī)組在倫敦希斯羅駐勤車輛保障服務(wù)采購項目談判采購公告 Procurement Notification of China Southern Airlines Aircrew Service Project ***航空服務(wù)部(以下簡稱“采購人”)現(xiàn)對南航機(jī)組人員異地駐勤保障車輛項目進(jìn)行談判采購。 China Southern Airlines Co.,Ltd. is announcing to launch the aircrew transportation service procurement project. Please refer below for the details: 1、項目簡介 Project Introduction 1.1項目名稱：倫敦希斯羅駐勤車輛保障服務(wù)采購項目。 Project Name：Aircrew Transportation service procurement in the city of London. 1.2項目編號***Number：CZ***70 1.3采購數(shù)量：本次采購1家合作供應(yīng)商，通過符合性審查供應(yīng)商數(shù)量達(dá)不到計劃采購數(shù)量的情況，按實(shí)際通過的個數(shù)推薦。 Quantity：Only one candidate will be selec.ted for this project. If the number of candidates fails to reach the planned selec.t quantity through the compliance review, it shall be recommended according to the actual number. 1.4 服務(wù)內(nèi)容：本項目為南航異地駐勤機(jī)組所需車輛接送服務(wù)采購，入圍供應(yīng)商需遵守南航機(jī)組保障安全、服務(wù)管理規(guī)定，為南航機(jī)組提供車輛保障服務(wù)；關(guān)注南航航班計劃，根據(jù)航班計劃做好接送機(jī)服務(wù)。 Service content: This project is looking for Aircrew Transpor.tation service provider. The shortlisted suppliers shall abide by the regulations on Aircrew security and service management of China Southern Airlines. 1.5 報價***eneral requirements of Quotation 車輛保障標(biāo)準(zhǔn) Transporta.tion 1.提供機(jī)場機(jī)坪往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，安排專車按航班運(yùn)行時間接送機(jī)組。車費(fèi)限價***英鎊/單程（不含稅）； Dedicated transport.ation service for airport（apron） pick/dro.p.The ceiling price of the service is GBP176.59/per single trip excluding taxes. 本項目報價***價***用框架（無固定總金額***。談判人必須對全部內(nèi)容進(jìn)行報價***或超過最高限價******價***采購金額***估數(shù)據(jù)，采購人有權(quán)按實(shí)際需要調(diào)整，并按實(shí)際數(shù)量進(jìn)行結(jié)算。合同期內(nèi)的采購數(shù)量可能會有所增減，固定單價***應(yīng)調(diào)整。 The price of this project is exclusive of tax.This project adopts the framework (no fixed amount) procurement mode. The supplier must quote for all contents. If there is any omission or quotation exceeding the ceiling price (unit price), the quotation will be invalid. The amount and quantity of this purchase are estimated data, and the purchaser has the right to adjust them according to the actual needs and settle them according to the actual quantity. The purchase quantity may increase or decrease during the contract period, and the fixed unit price will not be adjusted accordingly. 1.6 服務(wù)地點(diǎn)：倫敦希斯羅 Location:London 1.7 合同期限：自合同生效之日起2年，具體起始時間以雙方簽署合同內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)。 Contract duration: 2 years from the effective date of Agreement 2、供應(yīng)商資格要求 Supplier qualification 2.1 ***，具備當(dāng)?shù)卣姓J(rèn)合法有效的資質(zhì)文件。 Supplier shall be registered in local government and with valid license. 2.2 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)當(dāng)購買相關(guān)保險且保額能夠覆蓋在履行合同義務(wù)過程中可能產(chǎn)生的任何索賠。 Supplier shall maintain insurance sufficient to cover any claims or liabilities which may reasonably arise out of or relate to its obligations under Agreement. 2.3 車輛供應(yīng)商須負(fù)責(zé)所在地國際機(jī)場機(jī)場機(jī)坪往返酒店的交通服務(wù)，保證機(jī)組一人一座，同時車輛可容納機(jī)組行李，專車按約定時間接送機(jī)組。 Supplier shall be responsible for the transporta.tion service back and forth the apron and hotel to ensure that each crew has one seat.
