3、投標(biāo)人資格要求

投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格或業(yè)績:3、*投標(biāo)人資格要求/Qualification Requirements For Bidder：

（1）投標(biāo)人必須在上***區(qū)或周圍有完善的售后服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，有集中的備品供應(yīng)中心，系統(tǒng)發(fā)生重大異常時(shí)，服務(wù)人員到現(xiàn)場時(shí)間不得超過4小時(shí)。

（2）投標(biāo)人近三年無重大質(zhì)量和安全事故發(fā)生，在同類項(xiàng)目中無不良記錄。

（3）投標(biāo)人需對(duì)本項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備、安裝、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度 、質(zhì)量及安全等方面負(fù)責(zé)。如需要分包，須在投標(biāo)文件中 提供分包方案，但該分包方案并不能減免投標(biāo)人的相關(guān)責(zé)任。

The bidder shall be responsible for the design, equipment, installation, project schedule, quality and safety of the project. If subcontracting is required, the subcontracting scheme shall be provided in the bidding documents, but the subcontracting scheme does not relieve the bidder of the relevant responsibilities

（4）投標(biāo)人需提供2021.1~2023.1期間2個(gè)及以上的半導(dǎo)體領(lǐng)域12寸集***路制造純水項(xiàng)目業(yè)績，且要求項(xiàng)目已經(jīng)順利生產(chǎn)。

The Bidder shall provide the performance of 2 or more 12-inch wafers manufacturing pure water projects in the semiconductor field during the period from 2021.1 to 2023.1, and the project is required to have been successfully produced

（5）投標(biāo)人或者投標(biāo)聯(lián)合體中負(fù)責(zé)施工的一方必須具備不低于機(jī)電安裝工程專業(yè)承包一級(jí)或機(jī)電工程施工總承包一級(jí)的資質(zhì)。

The bidder must have the qualification not lower than the professional contracting level of mechanical and electrical installation engineering or the general contracting level of mechanical and electrical engineering construction

（6）項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理需具有2個(gè)及以上12寸集***路制造純水項(xiàng)目施工管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；系統(tǒng)調(diào)試負(fù)責(zé)人需具有2個(gè)及以上12寸集***路純水項(xiàng)目的成功調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)；設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人需具有2個(gè)及以上12寸集***路制造純水項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。（需提供承諾函）

（7）投標(biāo)人采用聯(lián)合體的方式，主投標(biāo)人資質(zhì)需滿足上述對(duì)投標(biāo)人的要求。須在投標(biāo)文件中提供聯(lián)合投標(biāo)的方案，但該方案并不能減免主投標(biāo)人的相關(guān)責(zé)任。

（9）法律、行政法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他條件。

4、本次招標(biāo)接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。/Joint Bids is Available.

（1）本項(xiàng)目允許聯(lián)合投標(biāo)，如果是聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)，則聯(lián)合體各方必須按招標(biāo)文件***，明確聯(lián)合體牽頭人和各方的權(quán)利義務(wù)；聯(lián)合體成員不超過三家；聯(lián)合體牽頭人必須是二次深化設(shè)計(jì)的負(fù)責(zé)方。

The consortium bid is accepted in the tender. If the bidder forms a CONSORTIUM to make a joint bidding for the project, all members of the CONSORTIUM shall sign a consortium agreement according to the format in the bidding document. （2）聯(lián)合體各方不得再以自己名義單獨(dú)或加入其他聯(lián)合體參與投標(biāo)。

Each member shall not make a bid in this project in one’s own name or as a member of other consortium.
