項(xiàng)目概況：***購置一套完整的4“軸流式吸泥泵-工作能力：不低于25m3/h或者不低于55 t/ hr，最大噴射流量：不低于4000LPM和一套完整6“軸流式吸泥泵-工作能力：不低于30m3/h或者不低于70 t/ hr，最大噴射流量：不低于6500LPM，明確該軸流式吸泥泵在設(shè)計(jì)、建造、檢驗(yàn)、交貨、調(diào)試和培訓(xùn)等方面的最低要求。投標(biāo)人應(yīng)按招標(biāo)人的技術(shù)規(guī)格書要求來設(shè)計(jì)和建造。
Overview:
This documentdefines the minimum technical requirements for procurement of one set of 4“ axial flow dredge（Removal Capacity：25 plus cubic meter / hr or 55 plus ton / hr ，MAX FLOW RATE：no less than 4000 plus LPM） and one set of 6“ axial flow dredge（Removal Capacity：30 plus cubic meter / hr or 70 plus ton / hr，MAX FLOW RATE：no less than 6500 plus LPM） for COOEC Subsea，governing the minimum requirements for engineering, fabrication, testing, delivery, and training of ROV axial flow dredge. BIDDER shall design and fabricate this facility according to TENDERER requirements

2. QualificationRequirements:

A. ★***，需提供有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照（具備獨(dú)立法人資格）、一般納稅人證明/稅務(wù)登記證、組織機(jī)構(gòu)***，并加蓋公章（以上所有證明文件在年審有效期內(nèi)）；

財(cái)務(wù)要求：
境內(nèi)投標(biāo)人須提供與其名稱***2017-***度經(jīng)會計(jì)師事務(wù)所審計(jì)的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表（其中包括審計(jì)報(bào)告、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、利潤表及現(xiàn)金流量表）。
境外投標(biāo)人如沒有經(jīng)審計(jì)的財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表，須提供與其名稱***、***蓋章或簽字認(rèn)可的2017-***度財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表（其中包括資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表、利潤表及現(xiàn)金流量表）。
Financial requirements：
The domestic bidders shall provide the Certified public accountants audited financial statements (including the audit report, balance sheet, profit statement and cash flow statement) of the year 2017-2019, which are consistent with their name.
For foreign bidders, if no audited financial statements, the bidder shall provide annual financial statements of 2017-2019(including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement), which are consistent with their name, with company’s seal or signature.

投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品制造商通過ISO9001質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，并提供有效的質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證證書；
Themanufacturer of the products offered by the bidder shall pass ISO9001Certification,and the Biddershall provide valid Certificateof QualityManagement SystemCertification.

如果投標(biāo)人為代理商，投標(biāo)人應(yīng)得到所投貨物制造商同意其在中國為本次投標(biāo)提供該貨物的合法正式授權(quán)書。
If the bidder is an agent, the Bidder shall be duly authorized bythe goods’ Manufacturer to supply the goods in this bidding project.

******月***日至投標(biāo)截止日，投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品制造商至少有2套吸泥泵產(chǎn)品的銷售業(yè)績 。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表和相關(guān)證明文件，證明文件包括但不限于(1)銷售合同復(fù)印件（含相關(guān)技術(shù)附件）和(2)用戶驗(yàn)收證明或用戶使用證明或現(xiàn)場調(diào)試報(bào)告。證明文件須能證明合同簽署時間、合同簽署方名稱、貨物名稱***，否則為無效業(yè)績。
