CNCCC International Tendering Co., Ltd. （3）業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder"s reference:
自******月***日起至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽訂時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人所投產(chǎn)品的制造商應(yīng)具有至少2臺(tái)直燃式熱介質(zhì)鍋爐（功率≥6000kW,臥式安裝）的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績(jī)證明文件。
投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績(jī)表，業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：銷(xiāo)售合同原件掃描件和到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件按至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同、簽字蓋章頁(yè)、合同簽署時(shí)間、貨物名稱(chēng)、功率、臥式安裝、供貨數(shù)量，和到貨驗(yàn)收證明文件。未提供以上文件或提供文件無(wú)法滿(mǎn)足上述要求的視為無(wú)效業(yè)績(jī)。
From January 1, 2012 to the bidding deadline (subject to the contract signing time),The bidding products that meet the requirements of this project ( capacity ≥6000kw，horizontal installed) should have two or more sets of application performance within ten years and have a good record of stable operation ;  The bidder shall submit the performance table in the prescribed format and submit relevant performance certification documents.  Performance certification documents include but are not limited to:   Copies of sales contract (including relevant technical attachments);  The arrival acceptance certificate materials signed and sealed by the user  .
The supporting documents submitted by the bidder must at least show the following contents: name of goods, quantity to be supplied, the main parameters of centrifugal crude oil pump（capacity,horizontal installed）.  If the performance certification documents are not submitted, or the performance certification documents provided cannot verify the above contents, the performance shall be regarded as invalid.
