供應商必須是PCS、ESD或F&G系統(tǒng)的制造商。供貨商應具有良好的信譽、售后服務能力、工程能力、系統(tǒng)集成能力、足夠的人力資源和工程力量來完成本項目。PCS、ESD、F&G應為標準產(chǎn)品，并應在10年內(nèi)至少有2個海上設施（海上石油平臺、天然氣平臺、FPSO等）中獲得成功運行的業(yè)績，合格的業(yè)績包括完整的PCS、ESD和F&G系統(tǒng)。

供應商必須提供至少兩份成功運行的業(yè)績證明文件，每份應包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：

合同復印件，體現(xiàn)供貨范圍、簽訂時間和使用環(huán)境等內(nèi)容。

第三方船級社簽字的設備調(diào)試報告或臨時接受證書或最終接受證書或用戶簽字蓋章的使用證明等四者之一。
