三、投標(biāo)人資格要求

(001 實(shí)驗(yàn)室標(biāo)液采購(gòu))的投標(biāo)人資格能力要求：

(1)在中國(guó)境內(nèi)注冊(cè)、有獨(dú)立法人資格、獨(dú)立承擔(dān)民事責(zé)任能力的企事業(yè)單位；

The bidder has established enterprises that mustbe registered in China, have independent legal personality；

(2)投標(biāo)人的法定代表人為同一個(gè)人的兩個(gè)及兩個(gè)以上法人，***、***，以及其他形式有資產(chǎn)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系的投標(biāo)申請(qǐng)人，都不得在同一招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目中同時(shí)提出投標(biāo)申請(qǐng)；

If the Bidder'slegal representative takes charge of two or more companies, the parent company andits wholly-owned subsidiaries or holding company, or companies with assetcorrelation in any form, he shall not submit bidding applications in the same biddingproject as bidding applicants at the same time；
