3.Qualification Requirements For Bidder

Qualifications or Performance:1.Bidder shall be the manufacturers of the goods, and the agent bidding is not accepted for this project. 2.1) Bidder within the customs must provide copies of following qualification certificates: ① Business License (Business Registration); ② ISO9001 quality management system certification or other equivalent quality system certification within the validity period of the Bidder. 2) Bidder outside the customs must provide copies of following qualification certificates: ① Business Registration; ② ISO9001 quality management system certification or other equivalent quality system certification within the validity period of the Bidder. 3.Performance requirements: 1) Bidder shall have delivered a Class D simulator certified by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) or European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) or Civil Aviation Administration Of China (CAAC); 2) Bidder shall have experience in developing Class D simulator for ARJ21-700 civil aircraft prototype of the same level and above. Notes: Bidder shall provide identification certificates or other relevant certification materials that meet the above requirements. 4.Bank reference letter:: 1) Domestic Bidder shall provide a valid bank reference letter issued by the bank that opened the basic account within 3 months before the bid opening date; 2) Overseas Bidder shall provide valid bank reference letter issued by the opening banks within months before the time of tender opening. 5.Financial reports: Bidder shall provide audit reports (at least including balance sheet, cash flow statement and income statement) issued by accounting firms or audit institutions in recent 3 years (2018, 2019 and 2020, since the establishment if the establishment time of Bidder is less than the above specified years).
