The goal is to improve the quality of life of the elderly, ensuring their comfort, cleanliness, convenience, health, and happiness, and allowing them to enjoy their remaining years in a familiar home-based care environment. As of October 2024, there are approximately 100 eligible elderly people in the southern area of Heqing Town. 合同履約期限：1年。（******月***日-******月***日） The Contract Period: 1 year. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)滿足《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：本次招標(biāo)若符合政府強(qiáng)制采購(gòu)節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、鼓勵(lì)環(huán)保產(chǎn)品、扶持福利企業(yè)、促進(jìn)殘疾人就業(yè)、促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展、支持某某和戒毒企業(yè)等政策，將落實(shí)相關(guān)政策。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: If this bidding complies with government policies such as mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, encouragement of environmentally friendly products, support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for people with disabilities, promotion of small and medium-sized enterprise development, and support for prisons and drug rehabilitation enterprises, relevant policies will be implemented.
