Qualification Requirements for Bidder (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：根據(jù)《政府采購促進(jìn)中小企業(yè)發(fā)展辦法》等規(guī)定，本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購。中小企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)按照規(guī)定提供《中小企業(yè)聲明函》。 (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: In accordance with the "Government Procurement Methods for Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and other regulations, this project is specifically aimed at procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（iii）本項(xiàng)目接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。聯(lián)合投標(biāo)的須符合招標(biāo)文件***：提交聯(lián)合投標(biāo)協(xié)議且格式符合招標(biāo)文件***，聯(lián)合體成員不得多于2家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨(dú)參加或者與其他供應(yīng)商另外組成聯(lián)合體參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動。應(yīng)由聯(lián)合體主辦方在上海政府采購云平臺進(jìn)行報名及投標(biāo)操作。 (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: This project accepts joint bids. Joint bidders must comply with the requirements specified in the tender documents: submit a joint bidding agreement in the format required by the tender documents, the number of members in the consortium shall not exceed two, and no party of the consortium shall participate individually or form another consortium with other suppliers to participate in the same contract item of the government procurement activities.
