Not included in Credit China (www***) and China Government Procurement website (www***) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization legally established in China; 3. Must have the construction project quality inspection qualification certificate issued by the competent department at the provincial and municipality level (the detection scope meets the requirements of this project); 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
