This includes 7 Haishen villages, 2 Huidong villages, 6 Lulou villages, 1 Lulu village, 5 Minle villages, 2 Tanglu villages, 9 Ximen villages, 22 Hero villages, 13 Yongle villages, 7 Far East villages, and 6 Changjiang villages, totaling 80 villages. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：(1)本次磋商需要網(wǎng)上響應(yīng)，供應(yīng)商必須獲得***市電子簽名認(rèn)證證書（CA認(rèn)證證書）； (2)具有有效的營業(yè)執(zhí)照或相關(guān)證件； (3)交通運(yùn)輸***路工程綜合甲級(jí)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)******路工程橋***道工程檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)***； (4)***省級(jí)及以上質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督部門頒發(fā)的檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)***（CMA）； (5)具有承接本項(xiàng)目的人員、設(shè)備及其他條件； (6)具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度； (7)有依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金的良好記錄； (8)供應(yīng)商在近三年內(nèi)無違法犯罪記錄； (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) Having a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Qualification of Comprehensive Grade A Testing Institution for Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport or Special Qualification of Testing Institution for Bridge and Tunnel Engineering of Highway Engineering of the Ministry of Transport; (4) Having a Certificate of Qualification for Inspection and Testing Institutions (CMA) issued by a provincial-level or above quality and technical supervision department; (5) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (6) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (7) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (8) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years; (i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定； (i)Comply with the provisions of Article 22 of the"Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (ii)未被“信用中國”（www***）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www***）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單； (ii)Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of parties to major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and dishonestacts in government procurement by "Credit China" (www***), China Government Procurement Network (www***) ; 三、獲取采購文件 3.
