投標(biāo)資格投標(biāo)人資質(zhì)要求:資質(zhì)（資信）要求： 2.2 Qualification (credit) requirements: 2.2.1 境內(nèi)投標(biāo)單位***（資信）證書(shū)甲級(jí)（公路）或工程咨詢(xún)單位***（資信）證書(shū)甲級(jí)（生態(tài)建設(shè)和環(huán)境工程）或風(fēng)景園林設(shè)計(jì)甲級(jí)資質(zhì)； 2.2.1 Domestic bidders shall have the qualification of Class A (highway) of the credit certificate of engineering consulting unit or Class A (ecological construction and environmental engineering) of the credit certificate of engineering consulting unit or Class A of landscape architecture design. 2.2.2 境外投標(biāo)單位***（資信），但需在境內(nèi)設(shè)立具有法人資格的企業(yè);如無(wú)境內(nèi)具有法人資格的企業(yè)，則應(yīng)與境內(nèi)相關(guān)單位***。 2.2.2 Overseas bidders do not need to have the above qualifications, but need to set up enterprises with legal personality in China. If there is no domestic enterprise with legal personality, it shall form a consortium with relevant domestic units for bidding. 2.3 業(yè)績(jī)要求：投標(biāo)單位***5年應(yīng)具備設(shè)計(jì)或咨詢(xún)的***道、旅***路、***道路或類(lèi)似項(xiàng)目案例（不少于3個(gè)），并提供近5年境內(nèi)該類(lèi)型項(xiàng)目獲得與***道相關(guān)的二等獎(jiǎng)及以上證明1份或境外景觀設(shè)計(jì)類(lèi)作品獲獎(jiǎng)證明1份。其中境內(nèi)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)名稱(chēng)***，境外獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)須至少屬于下列境外景觀設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)之一（包括：ASLA美國(guó)風(fēng)景園林師協(xié)會(huì)獎(jiǎng)、IFLA國(guó)際風(fēng)景園林師聯(lián)合會(huì)獎(jiǎng)、英國(guó)BALI國(guó)家景觀獎(jiǎng)、AMP美國(guó)建筑大師獎(jiǎng)、WLA世界景觀建筑事務(wù)所國(guó)際景觀設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、DNA法國(guó)巴黎設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)、WAF世界建筑節(jié)獎(jiǎng)、德國(guó)ICONICAWARDS標(biāo)志性建筑設(shè)計(jì)獎(jiǎng)-至尊獎(jiǎng)）。 2.3 Performance requirements: The bidder shall have designed or consulted scenic roads, tourist roads, coastal roads or similar project cases (no less than 3) in the past 5 years, and provide one certificate that this type of project in China has won the second prize or above related to scenic roads in the past 5 years or one certificate that overseas landscape design works have won the prize.The names of domestic awards must be recorded in the National Award Office of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the international awards must at least belong to one of the following international landscape design awards (including: ASLA American Association of Landscape Architects Award, IFLA International Federation of Landscape Architects Award, BALI British National Landscape Award, AMP American Master of Architecture Award, WLA World Landscape Architecture Firm International Landscape Design Award, DNA France Paris Design Award, WAF World Architecture Festival Award, Germany ICONICAWARDS Iconic Architectural Design Award - Supreme Award). 2.4 團(tuán)隊(duì)要求：參與本次招標(biāo)活動(dòng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)（聯(lián)合體團(tuán)隊(duì)）核心人員應(yīng)不少于3人，核心人員應(yīng)具備以下條件： 2.4 Team requirements: The core personnel of the consulting team (consortium team) participating in this bidding activity shall not be less than 3, and the core personnel shall meet the following conditions: 2.4.1 項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人參與的作品獲得過(guò)2.3條業(yè)績(jī)要求中的獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。 2.4.1 The landscape design works participated by the project leader have won2.3 performance requirements. 2.4.2 其余2人具有注冊(cè)咨詢(xún)工程師（公路、生態(tài)建設(shè)和環(huán)境工程等）或高級(jí)工程師（交通規(guī)劃、風(fēng)景園林等）等相關(guān)或以上資格（職稱(chēng)），同時(shí)具有景觀設(shè)計(jì)或咨詢(xún)10年及以上類(lèi)似工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 2.4.2 The other 2 persons have the qualification (title) of registered consulting engineer (Highway, ecological construction and environmental engineering, etc.) or senior engineer (traffic planning, landscape architecture, etc.) or above, and have 10 years or more similar work experience in landscape design or consulting. 2.5 本次招標(biāo)接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)的，應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列要求： 2.5 The bid of the consortium is accepted in this bidding.
