The workload will be settled based on the actual situation, and the surplus will be used to ensure major events in the first quarter of 2025. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers (a)滿足《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定； (a)Meet the provisions of Article 22 of the "Government Procurement Law of the People"s Republic of China"; (b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：(1)落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目是專門面向中小企業(yè)采購，評審時中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價***。 (2)扶持殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)； (b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, no price discounts will be implemented for their products. It must be a legal entity or an unincorporated organization established within the territory of China in accordance with the law (this project does not accept branch companies participating in procurement activities in their own name); 4. Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; 5. Suppliers who comply with Article 17 of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [2024] No. 12) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project. 6. This procurement does not accept consortium responses and does not allow contract transfer or subcontracting.
