According to the requirements of the "Minutes of the Heqing Town Party Committee Meeting" (2021-92 Special Project), the meal assistance fee for the whole year is calculated based on the actual working days, at a rate of 15.00 yuan per person per meal (including cost expenditures, fees, management fees, taxes, profits, risk funds, various insurances, various unforeseeable expenses (paid leave, accidental injuries, additional expenses due to newly issued national policies and regulations), etc., which are all expenses for completing this project).
